We offer…
- 4 three hour courses in a bundle for $68.00 (12 hours)
- 4 three hour courses that can be purchased individually for $25.00 per course.
The four (4) courses that we offer are:
#1: How to Practice Safe Real Estate (an approved core course) 3 hours
#2: 101+ Fast Facts Focused on “Fair Housing” (an approved core course) 3 hours
#3: The REAL Code of Ethics (an approved elective course) 3 hours
#4: Estimating the Value of YOUR Home (an approved elective course) 3 hours
Remember:
The Missouri Real Estate Commission requires a minimum of three hours of core
course material but will allow a core course to take the place of an elective course.
We have featured two 3 hour core courses because of the importance of the legal
issues that each addresses.

Today
- What are the “core” issues influencing value today?

Missouri Real Estate Commission Rules for On-Line Continued Education
- Each 3 hour course has a minimum of 150 minutes (180 minutes minus 30 minutes of breaks)
- Following the course material is a 30 question test. A passing score is 75% or greater.

There are no refunds for any reason.
Student Agreement
Items of Agreement:
- I have read the above information.
- I agree to invest a minimum of 150 minutes per 3 hour course on the materials and resources provided for each course.
- I agree I must take and pass a 30 question test/exam at the end of each 3 hour course. I also agree that I must get a minimum score of 75% to receive a certificate of completion.
- I agree that once I sign this form and pay fees the courses start and there are no refunds.
- I agree to follow all Missouri Real Estate Commission’s rules concerning this course.
